Commissions: Sculptures
More than mere decorations, garden sculptures instil your outdoor space with personality, style and charm. Whether serving as a bold focal point or subtly integrated into the landscape, our sculptures offer a captivating visual experience that evolves with the seasons.
Drawing on our experience of exhibiting at prestigious venues such as Chelsea Flower Show, The Cotswold Sculpture Park and Sussex Prairie Gardens, we take pride in our ability to collaborate closely with you to create bespoke pieces that reflect your unique vision and add amazing impact to your garden design.
Our metal and glass garden sculptures are designed to harmonise with nature, adding colour, form and a touch of artistry to your garden; some designs can even be moved easily around the garden to compliment the different stages of flowering by creating colour and form after blooms have finished. With the option to incorporate lighting, your sculpture can work throughout the day and well into the evening.
The metal frame, carefully designed to complement the glass, adds structural integrity and visual significance to each sculpture and is often crafted on site using stainless steel. We also laminate our larger glass garden sculptures, not only for the safety factor but we also like the way it can enhance the look of a finished design.
From concept to installation, we will work hand-in-hand with you to develop your ideas and thoughts. We’ll explore design possibilities, select the ideal materials and colours together, discuss the effects of positioning your glass garden sculpture in your setting and then by applying time honoured kilnforming techniques, we can craft your sculpture for you.
We welcome clients to visit our studio just outside Poole, Dorset and you will find us happy to arrange a site visit if that is feasible.

Dorset Scenes Window Insert
Our clients had seen us at an event the previous Year and they had a creative idea for a set of windows they felt we could bring to life for them. They called to arrange to come to the studio to chat about a possible commission of a series of four handmade windows to adorn a pair of interior doors accessing the living room.
Silver Wrist Torc Memory Glass
We were first approached to consider producing one of our handmade memory glass pieces on the anniversary of a beloved brother’s passing. Several family members came to see us to discuss options and what was possible.
Flame Glass and Metal Garden Sculpture
When the call came from the client it was to meet up and see whether we were the right studio to consider for a glass and metal garden sculpture that they had been thinking about for a few years. It wasn’t until they saw our glass that they were struck that this was the medium they wanted in the garden.
Isle of Wight Splashback
Our clients met us at Mudeford Arts Festival and loved our work. They had not long had a new kitchen fitted and were looking for just the right design for a splashback. When they saw our glass, they knew immediately that our fused glass panels were the way to go and went home to work out the size panel they would like.
DECO handmade glass splashback
We were asked to make one of our handmade glass splashbacks to compliment not just a new kitchen and some of the interior styled furnishings but also the very Art Deco inspired building. We followed up with a meeting to talk over the images, materials, design possibilities and getting to know and understand what options we could explore.
